DANCE INSTRUCTORS
Sonalee Vyas-Jani is professionally trained in Kathak, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, and Bollywood. She has learned various dancing techniques from Alvin Ally School of Dance. Sonalee has performed in thousands of dances, functions, and music videos.
She is the Creative Director of Sonalee’s Dance Studio, and certifies each and every Instructor that teaches in her Bollywood dance classes. She has taught her grace and techniques to her Instructors, ensuring that each class is given with personalized attention.
Riddhi has been trained by Sonalee Vyas-Jani for the last seven years. She is one of the leading members of the original “Naach Sensation”, and has become one of the Lead Dancers. She has performed throughout the country with Sonalee and has performed in Bappi Lahiri’s video, along with many other music videos. With her grace with Bollywood traditional, she has grown as a fantastic teacher for the Edison and Fair Lawn - New Jersey locations.
Prashant is a graduate from CUNY Hunter College School of Dance. With a degree in dancing, and a goal to become a profound dance teacher, Prashant is the Lead Choreographer of the Bronx location. With a specialization in contemporary and modern dance, he is able to teach students from Broadway to Bollywood performances. He is also part of Sonalee Vyas Dance Company, and has performed in thousands of dances.
Teresa has learned Professional dancing, and is the Creative Director of Indo-Rican Dance Troupe - specializing in contemporary dancing. She has become a well known Professional within the dancing community. With her knowledge of Western and Eastern dance moves, she is an excellent Teacher. She is currently teaching classes for SDS in the Manhattan - Pearl Studios, location.
Tamanna has been trained by Sonalee Vyas-Jani for the last four years. She was also trained in Lehman High School Dance Company, and learned a wide variety of dancing: Jazz, Folk, Afro-Caribbean, Contemporary & Indian Traditional. After performing throughout the country with Sonalee through “Naach Sensation”, she has also choreographed many traditional Indian dances. Now she is now teaching her experience and expertise to students within the Bronx, NY, location.
